YOUR ROLE
To supervise a team that performs Hosted tasks for countries in an accurate and timely manner as per the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). To ensure that the team meets service expectations in accordance with agreed KPIs.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle RT and other technical issues.
Serves as the first point of contact for escalations.
Perform skills assessments using the Skills Matrix and submits to manager for follow up.
Trains new hires and ad-hoc topics where needed.
Understands new tasks that are migrated and ensures instructions are understood by the team.
Performs daily quality checks to ensure high level of work quality and productivity.
Conducts timely coaching/feedback to staff for performance improvements.
Conducts regular performance reviews.
Review / Analyze individual team performance and reports any issues/feedback to the manager.
Manage team attendance.
Seeks ways for continuous improvements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
Bachelor's Degree in Customs Administration, Business, Logistics or related field is required
Experience in logistics
Must have experience in leading a team
Proficient in MS Excel and Office tools
Knowledge of incoterms
Previous experience in freight forwarding is an advantage
