YOUR ROLE
To supervise a team that performs hosted tasks for
countries in an accurate and timely manner as per the
Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs Daily Reviews / Huddles and update results
on KN Wiki.
Handles RT and other technical issues.
Performs skills assessments using the Skills Matrix and
submits to manager for follow up.
Performs daily quality checks to ensure high level of
work quality and productivity.
Trains new hires and ad-hoc topics where needed.
Understands new tasks that are migrated and ensures
instructions are understood by the team.
Reviews individual team performance and reports any
issues/feedback to the manager
