Job Responsibilities:
Will be leading a team of 15 - 20 associates
Must be able to coach to effective sales pitch practices, and lead the team by example and experience (rather than by definition)
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader
Must have Billing Experience
Preferrably a college graduate
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to communicate directly with the client, provide daily performance reporting to leadership + client
Willingness to work onsite and in a graveyard shift
