· Can be easily trained and work with very minimal supervision
· Great interpersonal skills and works well with the team and clients
· Reliable and flexible in schedule changes
· Experience in project/team management
· Experience in pioneering an account is a plus
Your role as a Team Lead Apprentice includes, but not limited to the following tasks:
· Conduct Quality Assurance check
· Assist in tracking/flagging attendance
· Support the team with their real-time questions
· Serve as a trainer and conduct shadow sessions for new hires
· Update any materials/resources
· Assist in planning and preparing quality, productivity, and staffing reports and strategies
· Ensure tools are operating smoothly during shifts and relay any issues to management and client
Technical requirements include:
- Good computer setup with Chrome browser
- Windows 10 OS
- minimum of 8gb RAM
- minimum processor: i5 4th Generation, AMD A8 5000 series, or higher
- Stable high-speed internet connection (at least 10-20Mbps)
- Install a centralized device management software (company provided) to your computer for account security purposes
- A stable power supply in your area
- Noise cancellation headset
- Skype account
