Job Responsibilities:
Provide clear work directions for the team and make decisions on day-to-day operations.
Ensure that all transactions handled are occurred by and agreed with the client/s.
Document and review opportunities for team improvement in procedures and standards to gain cost-effectiveness & efficiency.
Qualifications:
A degree holder in Accountancy
Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Must have three (3) years of experience in Shared Services, BPO, or auditing firms
With strong experience in financial statements and bank or accounts reconciliation
Willing to work onsite in a mid-shift schedule in Quezon City
