It is informed that DepED Order No. 42, s. 2007 shall be the main basis for ranking of School Heads and DepED Order No. 3, s. 2016 and DepED Order No. 66, s. 2007 shall be the main basis for the ranking for Senior High School Teachers,Teaching, Teaching Related and Non-Teaching vacancies together with other applicable DepED and CSC Rules and Guidelines. All pertinent documents for ranking must be in triplicate packaged seperately in three folders. Applicant/ s may opt to submit their original documents or just present the same upon the scheduled ranking interview. Any and all document/ s not submitted on or before the deadline will no longer be considered for assessment. In addition the following document/s must be included in the folders to be submitted.
Documents:
1. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with recent passport-sized picture (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2017) which can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph;
2. Performance rating in the present position for THREE (3) years/ rating period (if applicable);
3. Photocopy of certificate of eligibility/rating/license; and
4. Photocopy of Transcript of Records.
