Eligibility :
RA 1080 (Teacher) Secondary; If not RA 1080 eligible,
they must pass the LET within (5) years after the date of
first hiring
Education :
TVL: Bachelors Degree; or completion of tech-voc
course(s) in the area specialization / SPORTS: Bachelors
degree majoring in fields under the Track; or any Bachelors
degree plus 15 units of specialization under the Track /
ARTS & DESIGN: Bachelors degree majoring in field(s)
under the track; or any bachelors degree plus at least 15
units of specialization in the relevant subject /
ACADEMIC: Bachelors degree majoring in the relevant
strand/subject; or any bachelors degree with at least 6 units
towards a Masters degree in relevant subject
Training :
TVL: 6mos. Of relevant teaching or 6mos. Of industry
work experience / SPORTS: 1yr. Relevant teaching or
industry work experience / ARTS & DESIGN: 1 year
relevant teaching or industry work experience /
ACADEMIC: None Recquired
Work Experience :
TVL: At least NC II + TMC I / SPORTS: 4hrs. relevant
training / ARTS & DESIGN: 4hrs. Relevant training /
ACADEMIC: None Recquired
