EMERHUB IS CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR TAX MANAGERS WITH AT LEAST 7-10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WITH US INCOME TAX FORMS 1040, 1120S AND 1065
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
All data entry will be handled by internal tax staff. So you will simply review a product that is 85% done.
Review tax return for accuracy
Edit a T-letter to clients explaining why they owe more this year versus last
Prepare a written list of assumptions /questions for a client once the return is complete
Determine next year's estimated payments based on projections
Provide review notes to the preparer
Review Tax Plans
The ideal candidate can take a tax return from 75% accurate to 95-99% accuracy. Our current staff is great but we lack an experienced team member to review returns and the firm owner is overloaded doing all the review work.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 7-10 years of experience In a tax environment
At least 5 years doing income tax return review type work.
Knowledge in using Lacerte, OffitceTools, Excel, and Outlook.
CPA/EA will likely be the best fit for this role
Tax experience credentials are a plus
Experienced Tax Reviewer
Can work ASAP

Small CPA firm seeks part-time remote Tax Manager/Reviewer for small business and rental property tax returns. (the 1120S, 1065, and 1040 with Sch E or C)
