tax Manager - cpa (urgent/laguna)Asia Select Inc.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will be at the core of managing tax and complying to PEZA.
You will accurately prepare and review tax projections, contracts, balance sheet forecast, spend forecast, cash reports, and hedging requirement; at the same time assist in obtaining government approval for tax incentives.
You will work hand-in-hand with Corporate Treasurer and banks to manage treasury requirement.
You will lead and manage a team of treasury and tax analysts.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
A CPA with at least 3 years of local tax experience with people management experience.
Must have experience working in a local manufacturing company and is knowledgable of current tax rules and regulations (PEZA).
A teamplayer knowledgable in financial statements (FS) and tax projection preparation.
Preferably with background in a treasury function and SAP/Oracle literate.
