We have exceeded performance goals over the last 5 years, and now have a need to engage a Tax Accountant who can help deliver the high level of service we are committed to providing our clients.
Tasks & responsibilities
Preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and activity statements for individuals, trusts, companies, partnerships, and self-managed superannuation funds
Liaise with the ATO, ASIC, and other regulatory authorities and clients
Bookkeeping and payroll processing
Other ad hoc duties as may be required
As a career-focused Tax Accountant, you will have the following attributes:
A minimum of 2 years of public practice experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or Taxation
CA, CPA, IPA or equivalent or working towards accreditation is preferred
Have excellent written and verbal communication
Have the motivation to contribute to and grow with the company
Experience in Sage Handisoft, XERO, Quickbooks & Class Super is an advantage
