JobSummary
Talent Shared Services (TSS) is a core service line within the Global Delivery Services organization, providing multiple HR support services including recruitment support, onboarding support, people data administration, learning administration and performance management support to Ernst & Young member firms.
TSS provides services to country, sub-area, area and global people teams and other EY stakeholders involved in HR, L&D and recruiting transactions and associated administration, reporting and people infrastructure.
These services are delivered from our centers in China,India, Philippines, and Poland.
This role is responsible for reporting and analysis efforts of the evolving TSS organization, by contributing to ongoing service delivery alignment and continuous improvement. This role works closely with the TSS Associate Director, TSS Assistant Directors, and Supervisors to ensure that various reporting and analysis are delivered effectively and efficiently across TSS.
Essential Functions of the Job
Executes upon various existing TSS operational reporting and analysis requirements
Identifies and implementsongoing continuous improvement for all new and existing TSS reporting requirements in systems like SQL, Alteryx and Power BI
Supports and participates in multiple TSS change projects/initiatives
Provides general operational support to TSS Leadership to meet operational reporting requirements
Provision of support to TSS centers for major system project roll outs as required
Maintains integrity of data and documentation such as metrics reporting, performance scorecards, etc.
Proactively shares knowledge across the team to identify interdependencies
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
Advanced proficiency in Excel with strong reporting attention to detail. Experience in creating and administering SQL and Power BI databases an advantage
Proficiency in use of HR related systems
Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment to meet deadlines andmanage multiple tasks, with astrong client focus and ability to manage expectations
Strong analytical skills together with an intelligent, proactive approach to problem solving
Ability to demonstrate initiative and vision and identify opportunities for process improvement
Ability to analyze data and providerecommendations to Operations
Collaborates and workseffectively with others, builds and maintains relationships with TSS service delivery and operations team members and stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Other Requirements
3+ years work experience preferred, including professional office experience and/or HR reporting and systems experience
Flexibility in approach to working on a global scale and at times across time zones
Culturally sensitive, capable of handling interactions with a global mindset
