Talent Scout<\/b>
OurTalent Scout is responsible for recruiting candidates in a high-volume environment using a defined recruiting process, strategies, and resources as well as developing new and creative ideas. TheTalent Scout will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best every time.<\/p>In this role you will:<\/b>
Consistently recruit, interview and hire using established processes that support a positive candidate experience for high volume hiring of applicants<\/li>
Contact applicants to discuss opportunities while qualifying them to the needed position requirements including technical computer specifications and aptitude.<\/li>
Follow team guidelines in determining the right candidate for each program<\/li>
Prepare daily and weekly reports based on function and nee<\/li>
Demonstrate relationship and strong communication skills to influence and work with multiple internal contacts and a diverse candidate pool.<\/li>
Ensure integrity of data within the applicant tracking system<\/li>
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned or required<\/li><\/ul>We are looking for someone who has:<\/b>
Bachelor or Associates Degree or equivalent experience<\/li>
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in recruiting<\/li>

. Raise Purchase Orders in line with business rules
. Ensure Purchase Orders are approved in line with business rules
. Email the Purchase Order to the supplier (where the system does not support automatic
emailing of the Purchase Order)
. Receipt Purchase Order based on an approved goods receipt note\/delivery docket
. Request credit notes from suppliers and send to Accounts Payable for processing
. Establish sound relationships with suppliers, ensure lead times are met and expedite
outstanding orders
. Drive continuous improvement across Purchasing process<\/p>

Financial Reporting Analyst is part of Fund Administration group of John Hancock Investments which is responsible for the preparation and analysis of different SEC regulatory requirements and shareholders reports in accordance to US <\/span><\/span>
Generally Accepted Accounting Principles<\/span>
. Duties includes but not limited to Portfolio of Investments for inclusion in semiannual and annual shareholder reports and quarterly filings, form N-CEN, form N-MFP for Money Markets and other supporting schedules, notes to Portfolio holdings and adhoc tasks.<\/span><\/span><\/p>
<\/p>
Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>
Preparation of portfolio of investments annual and semi-annual shareholder reports and quarterly NQ and N-PORT form for John Hancock mutual funds of low to high complexity including supporting schedules and financial notes.<\/span><\/p><\/li>
Reconciliation of custodian banks reports and related audit packages to shareholder reports produced.<\/span><\/p><\/li>
Analysis of portfolio holdings which includes but not limited to disclosure of coupon rate and type, maturity date, dividend distributions, securities on loans, Global Industry Classification Standard and country information, credit ratings, and returns for certain type of assets.<\/span><\/p><\/li>
Preparation of financial notes which includes ASC820 securities fair value level tables, derivatives holdings and its funds usage, etc.<\/span><\/p><\/li>
Preparation of derivatives tables including futures, forwards, written options, swaps, etc.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

. Duties includes but not limited to Portfolio of Investments for inclusion in semiannual and annual shareholder reports and quarterly filings, form N-CEN, form N-MFP for Money Markets and other supporting schedules, notes to Portfolio holdings and adhoc tasks.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

Preparation of portfolio of investments annual and semi-annual shareholder reports and quarterly NQ and N-PORT form for John Hancock mutual funds of low to high complexity including supporting schedules and financial notes.<\/span><\/p><\/li>
Reconciliation of custodian banks reports and related audit packages to shareholder reports produced.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

As a member of Renewals team supporting APJ\/GC you will be a part of Global Finance Shared Services organization and will get the opportunity to contribute to company's success. Our team is closely collaborating with local Commercial colleagues, Sales, Pricing and Revenue Recognition teams across the region.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Review and approval of deals, ensuring accuracy and completeness of quotes <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
Drafting and preparing Order Forms based on internaly approved requirements <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
Compliance verification based on internal policies and external regulations <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
Stepping in as an advisor in all deal motions and act as commercial business partner to the internal customers and stakeholders. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
