Talent Interviewer Lead
Salary: PHP 55,000 to PHP 70,000

The Role
As the Talent Interviewer Lead, you will oversee the final part of the staffing process and ensure that all accounts are staffed with top-notch talent that fits Wing's culture. You will work closely with senior management and lead the staffing team to identify top talent by managing the staffing process including video interviews, cross-checking client requirements, and offer and negotiation.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Evaluate current staffing and interviewing processes, and implement process improvements
Collect and analyze hiring data and work to reduce time to hire as well as improve candidate-client match rates
Drive the design, development, and execution of effective staffing strategies such as interviewing and filtering techniques to identify high caliber candidates and sort out poor candidates
Lead the staffing team and provide guidance and coaching on how to identify great talent
Oversee open positions and ensure that they are staffed in a timely manner maintaining excellent candidate-client match rate
Participate in candidate screening, interviewing, and building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines
Ensure all candidates are in compliance with technical and onboarding requirements prior to hiring
Schedule: Mid-Shift to Graveyard Shift Philippine Time (flexible)
Education:
Bachelor's degree in any of the following: Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Human Operations Management, Organizational Development, Communication, English, or similar
Qualifications:
Must have at least 6 years recruitment experience preferably focusing on talent acquisition or sourcing, at least 2 years of which in a leadership position/managerial role
Must have experience with volume recruitment and evaluating candidates via targeted interviews
Must have experience working with at least one applicant tracking system (ATS)
Must have used data to validate the success of hiring efforts
Must have strong calendar management skills, attention to detail, critical thinking skills, strong verbal and written communication in English
Must be tech-savvy and have a strong analytical mindset as well as the ability to translate big goals into specific and actionable plans (SMART goals)
Must be a confident, coachable, and enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-moving environment
Experience with any of the following software is preferred: Discord, ClickUp, G-Suite, Zoho
Technical Requirements:
USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
Working Webcam
Main and backup computer: at least 1.8 GHz processor with at least 4GB RAM
Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 mbps wired connection
Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 mbps
