Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented and professional Talent & HR specialist to join our Philippine team. As an individual contributor you will make an impact by building a strong tech pipeline and help hire and retain our employees. Provide guidance on the employee lifecycle and champion Damstra's diversity and inclusion program.
Key Responsibilities
Meet with hiring managers to determine vacant tech-related positions with Damstra and have a full-scale understanding of hiring needs to match the available positions within the company.
Implement Damstra's recruitment strategy to meet anticipated staffing needs and oversee the end-to-end recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening, interviews, coordination with Hiring Managers and performing of character reference checks to determine the accuracy of applicant information.
Candidate responsibilities will include building an ongoing candidate pipeline through research, job boards, company targeting and market knowledge. As a Specialist, you will play a critical role in fast paced sourcing and recruiting through creating and posting job ads through SmartRecruiters, grow your network with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals. Inform and update applicants regarding their statuses and carry out job offers.
Responsible for communication with Shore360 and HR Coordinator to ensure proper onboarding for new hires.
Keep others apprised and involved in work by communicating information and status to project leads/team members. Coordinate work cross-functionally and influence peers, project leaders, and/or managers.
Execute HR processes for Starter/New Hires, Leavers, Changes, Reference Letters & Regulated References, Maternity, Paternity/Parental/, Flexible Working, Reports, Sickness/Absence, etc.
Assist training other team members on the process, systems and applications as and when required. Contribute/Handle some training and development programs.
Qualifications
Qualifications/certifications (if applicable)
Degree qualified in HR, Business, Psychology or related
Strong background in recruitment and knowledge of HR management process
End-to-end recruitment background with a strong emphasis on candidate development and hiring attraction
Strong experience in building solid and professional relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally
Experience with ATS and HRIS system - desirable
Previous experience in a similar position
