WebCreek is looking for a Talent Executive I who will assist on recruitment full hiring cycle that includes but not limited to posting job ads through job boards and social media, evaluate applications, review resumes, conduct reference checks and complete initial phone interviews.
What You'll Contribute:
1+ years work experience as Talent Executive or Recruiter or similar role
Knowledge of the full cycle recruitment process including in-depth knowledge of candidate selection methods
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
Conducting active searches for candidates that match current job openings
Excellent communication skills in English.
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Knowledge on google drive, docs, sheets, slides, calendar
Administer and submit all hiring paperwork electronically for new employees
Reviews background check reports
Degree in Human Resources Management or in any related field
