Job Responsibilities: * Responsible for the effective and efficient execution and evaluation of specifically assigned training interventions for employees by employing various types of platforms to enhance employees' skills.
The Talent Dev Specialist must responsibly account for and govern over SupportNinja's comprehensive skills-building programs to align individual competencies to the company values which help individuals and groups meet their requirements on the job.
The Talent Development Specialist will be working very closely with the Talent Dev Specialist in facilitating course electives and administrative work.
Qualifications: * Facilitation and Presentation Skills, good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, good prioritization skills and be flexible enough to adapt plans, proactiveness
Instructional Design is preferred but not necessary, well-versed in PowerPoint Presentation and Excel/Google Sheet, with basic knowledge in utilizing LMS tool for course development, with basic knowledge in measurement and evaluation preparation, with knowledge in policy creation, Coaching & Mentorship, good oral and written communication, detail-oriented, able to manipulate information and data, can foster unity and teamwork, able to work with tight deadlines and within constraints
