Job Description:
Talent Development Manager designs, implements, and manages training and development programs to build employee capabilities, enhance performance, and support career growth aligned with company objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field (Master's degree is advantage but not required)
Minimum of 5 years experience in learning & development, training, or talent management
With strong background in instructional design, facilitation, and leadership development
Excellent communication, coaching, and people management skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to align development initiatives with business goals.
