About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Talent Delivery Administrator for a recruitment company specialising in ecommerce and tech. Your mission is to support the recruitment team in the presentation of exceptional technology candidates. Grow into your role and you are on your way to be the future Lead Talent Administrator or Talent Delivery Specialist role or other specialised admin positions such as Finance and Marketing.
Responsibilities:
CV Preparation
● Format candidate CVs using Qwilr and PDF to client's standard timelines and quality
● Prioritise CV preparation using P1, P2, P3 framework
Recruitment Administration
● Schedule candidate interviews with Recruiting Team ensuring a smooth recruitment process
● Ensure accurate documentation of candidate information in Vincere
● Any other administration tasks in line with the Talent Delivery Administrator role
● Enter candidate reference information to Vincere
● Uploading data to Clients applicant tracking systems such as Success Factors, Page Up, Green House and Workday
Systems
● Ad hoc Vincere projects relating to data integrity
Communication
● Proactively communicate with the team
● Attend and contribute to all team meetings as required
Company
● Promote client's mission and guiding principles
● Adherence to client's Policies and Procedures
● Participate in the review of operational processes and provide ideas
Requirements
● Excellent attention to detail
● Excellent admin and data entry skills
● Excellent communication in English both written and verbal
● Minimum 2+ years administration experience
● Organisational and time-management skills
● University degree qualified
● Team player
● Excellent computer skills and ability to pick up new systems with ease
● High sense of urgency and speed of delivery, without compromising on quality
