Provide excellent customer experience via all relevant communication channels. . Identify and analyze customers' issues and provide strategic solutions to resolve their needs. . Ensure first contact resolution and effective follow-up with service partners and internal departments to ensure case closure in accordance with our service standards. . Provide constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to enhance workflow and the customer experience. . Deliver the best services to customers to ensure the highest customer satisfaction. . Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile. . Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX. Who are we looking for? College Graduate with a Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or any related field Minimum 5 years related experience preferably gained in the same industry performing the same function, at least 1 year of which in a leadership capacity Extensive experience in competency profiling, interview skills and behavioral assessment & multiple assessment methodologies Excellent relationship management and business partnering skills with both internal and external stakeholders. Has an excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal Can work with minimal supervision Flexible and can work on shifting/rotating schedules as needed
