Key Responsibilities:
Supervised end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple roles and functions, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring aligned with business objectives.
Lead, coached, and mentored a Talent Acquisition team
Partnered closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand workforce needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Oversee sourcing strategies across job portals, social media, referrals, and direct headhunting to build strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Managed full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, screening, interviews, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
Ensured positive candidate experience by streamlining communication, interview processes, and feedback timelines.
Supported employer branding initiatives to strengthen the organization's market presence and attract top talent.
Ensured compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and fair hiring practices throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborated with HR and leadership teams on workforce planning, succession planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
5 years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong full-cycle recruiting and team management skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration Major in Human Resource Management or related field.
