The person will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process
of recruitment.
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, and other related courses
Must have at least 5 years of experience as Recruitment Supervisor or team lead coming from manufacturing, manpower provider, or any service-oriented company
Expertise in sourcing and account management
Experience working in a search or manpower provider firm would be an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Computer literate
Willing to be assigned in Binan Laguna
