Job Description:
Posts vacancies in official social media platforms like Job street, or at the company’s official FB Account
Posts announcement in the Company’s Bulletin or email-blast across the Company’s affiliates and departments for internal applicants’ information
Tie up with Schools, Colleges and Universities to secure approval for posting vacancy announcements in its Campus Bulletin Boards
Shall conduct 1st screening of applicants by reviewing the Curriculum Vitae, application letter and TOR (if fresh graduate), and all other documents submitted
Comes up short-listing of applications, conducts the 2nd screening of applicants by doing behavioral interview and evaluation of the applicant
Endorses short-listed applicant to the Recruitment Manager to include: application letters, resume, medical certificate and all
Qualifications:
Prior similar experience in end to end recruitment
Good communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality
Willing to work in a very fast paced working environment
Can start immediate is an added advantage
