JOB DESCRIPTION
In this role you will be responsible for:
Identifying and engaging high-quality prospects and candidates by utilizing advanced internet searching skills, job boards, social networking, database mining, referrals, cold calling, and other advanced recruiting techniques
Working with hiring managers to align business forecast with talent acquisition needs.
Developing knowledge of current marketplace and trends.
Managing applicant tracking system, maintain accurate candidate documentation to ensure legal compliance with employment practices, policies, procedures, and regulations.
Building a strong network of top talent, gain market intelligence and assess candidates to gauge alignment for a specific role or functional area.
Providing guidance on search strategies to locate and attract niche skills.
Managing candidates through the full life cycle from initial engagement through on-boarding
JOB QUALIFICATION
Experience:
3+ Years of Recruiting experience in a professional service, consulting, or staffing firm
Must possess demonstrated experience meeting and exceeding goals in a fast-paced work environment
Demonstrated experience sourcing candidates from the internet utilizing various methods: social media, complex Boolean search strings, newsgroups, associations, niche job boards, major job boards, blogs, and other business networks.
Ability to plan and prioritize workload to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure
A high degree of initiative, with the ability to work independently.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Graduate
Amenable working on a mid-shift (1PM - 10PM), Mondays to Fridays
Amenable working in Eastwood, Quezon City
