As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in sourcing and attracting top accounting and finance professionals who will contribute to our clients' success and our company's continued growth.Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified accounting and finance professionals.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle - sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure timely and quality hires.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for accounting, bookkeeping, and back-office roles.
Conduct targeted searches using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Create and maintain a positive candidate experience that reflects the company's culture and values.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to enhance hiring efficiency and quality.
Stay informed about talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Proven experience in recruiting accountants and finance professionals (experience with Australian clients preferred).
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and employer branding.
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in using ATS, job boards, and professional networking platforms.
Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
