Talent Acquisition Specialist
Works with hiring managers and HR to clearly define the requirements and responsibilities of new positions. Sources candidates through various methods and tools. Contacts potential candidates and conducts initial screening interviews. Assist with adherence to all government regulations.
About the job:
After understanding the business need, source potential candidates to fill vacancies. Uses various tools to find candidates and screens based on resumes. (75%)
Conducts initial phone interviews with potential candidates. Makes recommendations on candidates to move forward based on hiring criteria. (10%)
Updates candidates, hiring manager, and/or HR on progress and/or next steps. (10%)
Supports any reporting or audit needs to ensure compliance with local laws. (5%)
Other duties as assigned.
About you:
Education: Bachelor or university degree Preferred in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience
Knowledgeable in Workday
Knowledge of MS Office
Strong analytical skills
Strong communication skills
High attention to detail
