SUMMARY OF ROLE
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible to provide full cycle which is designed to ensure that an organization identifies the right candidate to fill hiring requirements at the most cost-efficient manner within the agreeable timeline. The role also maintains business continuity without incurring additional costs through internal recruitment. This helps the organization retain the best talents who are already been personally vetted, operationally tested and have culturally adjusted.
This role will report to Talent Acquisition Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned):
Prepare labor market insights on open roles, conduct intake meeting with hiring managers and ensure partnership to understand further understand hiring requirements.
Work with Talent Acquisition Manager and recruiters/sourcers on implementing plan to ensure availability of talent from the local job market at the time of need.
Generate leads with sourcer support. Develop deep labor market expertise by focusing time on engaging a specific talent segment with marketing and events.
Establish regular and timely stakeholder engagements to ensure alignment of targets and objectives
Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a meaningful experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the talent acquisition process.
Use available monitoring tools to measure progress and effectiveness of recruitment strategies implemented for assigned searches
Ensure timely update of Applicant Tracking System (Success Factor)
In depth understanding and execution of recruitment programs, policies, and strategies. Recommends improvement solutions on efficiency and effectiveness of talent acquisition function
Complies at all times the Environment, Health and Safety and Manufacturing Quality standards, rules, and regulations.
Assists Talent Acquisition team with external job posting and interview scheduling management via automated scheduling tool and accommodate changes with speed
Represents and promotes organization to potential applicants by providing information, responding to questions, and collecting applicant data at pre-employment stage
Develops and maintains comprehensive knowledge of recruitment, employment, HR Shared Services, compensation, benefits, pay administration, and other related organizational policies, practices, procedures, and/or regulations
Provides support coordination of recruitment projects and related services to supervisors, hiring managers, recruitment team members, and candidates, as a point of contact (via email, chat etc.). Refers to Talent Acquisition Specialist when applicable
Participates in recruitment related events and provides analytical support in implementation of recruitment projects and programs (i.e. referral, branding, etc.).
Assists with identifying issues affecting recruitment and implementing recruitment activities to continuously improve process.
Complies at all times the Environment, Health and Safety and Manufacturing Quality standards, rules, and regulations.

RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum requirements & experiences
Minimum of 5 years in recruiting preferably from Multi-national Manufacturing/Shared Services/RPO/Renewable industries. A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
Proven experience with sourcing tools and techniques such as online social networking, Boolean searches, and referrals management
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Proven ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism, flexibility, high-quality customer service, effective verbal and written communications skills, and teamwork to accommodate the high volume, fast-paced work environment
