Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a dynamic Recruiter ready to join our company and make an impact.
What you will do:
In this role you will be the face of our company to candidates and partner with hiring managers to make key hires across Sales & Marketing, Finance, Operations and other teams.
Consistently maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline for various positions through LinkedIn on a daily basis
Source candidates, screen resumes, and schedule and perform phone interviews with candidates on a daily basis
Participate in regular team meetings to determine recruitment strategies and provide updates
Utilize our ATS system to update candidate notes and interview process as necessary
Performs additional duties as required
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and databases
Ability to work independently and analyze data to solve complex problems and demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail
