Talent Acquisition Specialist
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in recruitment or human resources, with solid knowledge of searching, screening, interviewing, and hiring practices.
Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & On-boarding
• Develop effective recruiting plans and strategies
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles; helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent
• Work closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for each position and meet competitive hiring goals & expectations. Review and clarify job specifications, competencies and skills required
• Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business
• Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process
• Conduct background checks, facilitate pre-employment testing and assisting with final offer negotiation
• Process on boarding, closely coordinate with respective department for start date and request tools need by new hire, I.D issuance, registering to biometric, making of Job Order and sending to Compensation & Benefits team
• Ensure organized maintenance of 201 records, ensure all requirements and other employee documents are maintained in their 201 file in a secure filing cabinets
2. Controlling
• Update and close monitoring headcount plan and approved budget
• Update records in internal database, close monitor all hiring status
• Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects
• Monitor employees list under probation and send reminder to immediate head for performance evaluation, issue and follow PAN according to the result
• Close coordination with manpower agencies for ensure all hiring requirements are meet
• Keep and monitor manpower agency contracts for renewal, review rates and ensure prompt communication with manpower agency regarding violations committed by the manpower they have provided.
• Update head count and staff details per branch in HRIS.
3. Off-boarding
• Process off boarding of employee, make clearance of employee and route for signature and ensure no pending clearances
• Provide exit interview form to resigned employee and endorse report to HR Head
Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years' experience in recruitment or human resources
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search
• Familiarity with job boards, and HR software, databases, and management system
• Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.)
