Job Overview: The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be part of the HR Department - Talent Acquisition Team and will act as a support to the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist on full spectrum of the recruitment process from shortlisting to onboarding of the candidates.
Role Summary: This role will be responsible to assist in reviewing the requisition and providing a shortlist of top caliber candidates based on the hiring needs.
Requirements
Functional Tasks and Responsibilities:
Partner closely with the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in identifying the hiring needs and recommend a strategic sourcing plan to cater the various requirements.
Actively communicate with the stakeholders for the status or possible challenges with their requisitions.
Demonstrate a pro-active sourcing by ensuring the visibility of the requirements in different job portals and attract top caliber talents globally.
Up-to-date knowledge with the new trends in sourcing and innovative recruitment practices.
Participate in redesigning the recruitment template or forms if necessary.
Schedule interviews with the hiring manager and provide the assessment for the candidate.
Evaluate all the shortlisted candidates and endorse to the respective hiring manager.
Monitor and update the job postings in the ATS.
Provide feedback to the candidate with the job application status.
Extending the offer to the successful candidate and uploading the job contract for signature.
Act as the main point of contact for any candidate concerns and liaise with the hiring manager for the onboarding process.
Hiring Qualifications:
With Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent
At least 2-3 years of experience as a Recruiter in a multinational company
Experience in recruiting complex roles from executive to senior level
Excellent sourcing skills and knowledge in using applicant tracking system
Effective oral and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and can deliver results with minimal supervision
Can manage multiple tasks and able to maintain a high quality of service
