You will closely work with Talent Acquisition to attend calibration sessions with stakeholders to address sourcing needs and convert leads into actual hires. You will also monitor, update, and maintain trackers, as well as have hands-on participation in candidate management. A year of customer service, recruiting or HR administrate tasks experience is a PLUS Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks while meeting service quality and turnaround time objectives Proficient in MS office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint Willing to work in Quezon City On the job you will: Coordinate with Recruiters, sources and hiring managers to create compelling messages to entice top talents in the market. Strengthen and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders Maintain and monitor sourcing channel performance. Post and manage job postings for multiple sourcing channels, respond to hiring inquiries, and support the administrative tasks of the candidate lifecycle Manage our own sourcing reports and conduct minor simple analysis. Become a super-user of our applicant tracking system (ATS) and use it to maintain our recruitment process and host accurate, thorough information on all our candidates Adhere to all relevant Manulife guidelines and regulations to mitigate risks.
