FOUNDEVERTM CEBU is looking for Talent Acquisition - Sourcing Assistants
The Talent Acquisition - Sourcing Assistants is in-charge of various events such as satellite hubs, career fairs, open house and other related events as well as recommends and assists in developing marketing strategies to support recruitment initiatives in sourcing of applicants to increase applicant pool and database.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:
Creates sourcing strategies and project plans meant to ensure that the hiring requirements of accounts owned are met.
Collaborates with the various groups involved (e.g., HR Testing, HR Recruitment, other SG&A departments, etc.) with regards to various sourcing activities to ensure that all hiring classes / waves are met.
Co-Leads in organizing various events such as career fairs, company sponsorships, open house, and other similar events, ensuring that the Company gets maximum exposure and achieves the goal of increasing targeted labor pool resources.
Contributes to the team's effort in tapping a steady pool of applicants by manning selected activities / events.
Works with Branding regarding POSMs (point of sales materials) to ensure that these are updated and targeted.
Performs duties which may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS
Exposure to Recruitment, Marketing & Sourcing is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills with attention to details
Good interpersonal relationship skills with ability to build network across industries, academic institutions and organizations
Must be collaborative and able to work well with a team
Must be willing to work in Cebu City
