Hybrid / Day Shift: 5am 2pm
Purpose of Role:
As a member of our team, the Talent Acquisition Sourcer works closely with our Recruiters and hiring managers to develop strategies to find untapped candidates. We conceive practical and creative ways to surface leading talent, and we invest a lot of time activating passive candidates through a highly engaged and diversity driven approach.
We're seeking an experienced Sourcer who thrives in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up your sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for building and cultivating talent pipelines for our hiring needs across the globe.
The role is based in Pasig City, Manila.

Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing Strategies: Develops, influences, and executes sourcing strategy for passive, diverse and active candidates. Develops relationships with key candidates and large-scale talent pools. Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine basic qualifications. Build and share knowledge of skills, target companies, conferences, and open source communities with recruiters and hiring managers
Recruiting Partnership: Work closely with Recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization
Technical Expertise: Sources for passive and active candidates from internal ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, Professional Lists, Job Boards and other appropriate media outlets
Reporting & Tracking: Tracks all sourcing activities in the ATS (Workday) tool for all pipelines, conversions, and hires. Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders.
Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
3+ years of corporate and/or agency recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting.
Experience developing and executing pipeline generation and research techniques to source diverse and passive candidates
Experiencing managing and prioritizing multiple searches and projects
Global recruitment experience preferred
Willing to work the shift time: Day Shift: 5am 2pm
Self-sufficiency and an ability to work with little direct supervision
Must be able to read, write and speak English
The successful candidate will be required to undergo a background checks
