The responsibilities cou Job Description The Talent Acquisition Project Manager is responsible globally for leading the development of strategic Talent Acquisition programs, practices, and policies in collaboration with Talent Acquisition leadership. The responsibilities could include consultation on the portfolio of talent acquisition programs and initiatives or acting as a subject matter expert for a recruitment discipline with the intent to ensure maximum effectiveness of the function. Duties include but are not limited to: Professional / Experienced Recruitment: . Evaluate and implement best practice recruitment hiring process and perform regular and ongoing reviews to ensure we remain current with industry best practice. Develop and deliver recruitment training for recruitment team, hiring manager and implement interview guides. College/ Summer Intern Recruitment: . Collaborate with College Recruitment to develop supporting policy, process, programs and training in support of global college recruitment aligned with DE&I efforts and activities define and utilize metrics to ensure return on investment. Executive Search: . Define Search firm engagement/contracts, vendor training on Fluor requirements/agency manager submittals and define process standards and alignment with compensation. Sourcing Strategies: . Develop strategy to promote consistent company brand, culture, and career opportunities. . Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs and outline workforce planning activities and hiring plans. . Develop global sourcing strategies - defined by region or country. . Implement new sourcing methods, develop sourcing roadmaps per line of business and capture metrics to provide ROI on sourcing approaches. . Define strategy to identify hot jobs from regional recruiting leads and ensure heightened visibility through social media and careers website. . Identify sourcing strategies aimed at increasing the diversity of our applicant pool and aligned with DE&I goals. Talent Acquisition Systems and Reporting: . Coordinate changes in BrassRing/SuccessFactors systems as required to support TA initiatives. . Success Factors process development / recommendation - collaborate with HRIS for implementation. . Provide functional expertise into the TA system processes. . Identify manual processes and strive to automate where possible. Metrics: . Development or refinement of reports to monitor recruiter performance according to developed standards and expectations. . Develop recruitment reports to ensure line of sight to effective/efficient recruitment outcomes, identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions. . Prioritize internals and employee referrals and Identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions. . Review report data and conduct analysis and provide recommendations to leadership. Vendor management: . Point of contact for external vendor request. . Collect data and make recommendations on new process, tools, system enhancement options. Basic Job Requirements . Accredited four (4) year degree in applicable field of study, and Ten (10) years of experience at a Senior, Advisor, or Lead level. Directly related experience may be substituted for education. .Knowledge of applicant tracking system functionality, internal database applications for designated discipline. .Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors. . Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines. . Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner. . Problem solving, communications, judgement, and conflict resolution skills with the ability to provide analysis, conclusions, and recommendations. . Demonstrated ability to be discreet with confidential company and employee information. . Ability to build trusting relationships, gain credibility, and partner with leaders and peers. . Ability to achieve results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and deadlines. . Exhibit team orientation and positive relationships with all levels of employees. . Display an understanding of the company's organizational structure, corporate culture, and business objectives. . Proficient computer and software skills to include the use of word processing, email, spreadsheets, and electronic presentations.
