The position is expected to plan, designate resources, coordinate with vendors, prepare business cases, monitor progress and keep stakeholders up to speed in the entirety of the project plan. What You'll Do: Define project scope and objectives Identify resources, prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements Develop business case and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress Manage communication with with vendors,stakeholders and internal partners Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement What We Look For: Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, an advantage At least 2 years work related experience with background in business analysis, end to end project management or with exposure handling IT, HR or TA workflow projects Has project management experience and in tracking, planning projects, working with large data sets and making data driven analytical decisions Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities. Has ability to work independently or in a team Good collaboration and influencing skills Has good communication skills in English and technical skills. Available to start immediately
