TITLE : Talent Acquisition Partner LOCATION : Philippines Position Summary & Key Areas Of Responsibility The primary goal of this position is to optimize Talent Acquisition Support in the hiring process while increasing the productivity and strategic value of our Talent Acquisition team around the globe. This Work Will Include Engaging with Managers, Recruiters, Candidates and other stakeholders Accepting and routing requests for assistance via the Workday recruiting platform Managing cases (Hires, transfers, background check requests, background check monitoring requests, referral cases and other recruitment related cases in ServiceNow platform) Adjudicating the background checks and provide escalations to appropriate teams Managing and processing pre-employment requirements globally Creating of Offer Letters Handling Interview Scheduling requests Managing employee's files in accordance with GDPR Assistance with Job requisitions creation process Competencies To be successful in this role you will need to display the following competencies: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel Ability to organize and manage priorities effectively Adaptability/Flexibility - Demonstrates the ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude when encountering changes in the workplace Initiates Action - Takes prompt action to accomplish objectives; takes action to achieve goals beyond what is required; is proactive Building Working Relationships - Develops and uses collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals Basic Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 2-4 years of related experience Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community Excellent Business Writing and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel & Outlook Attention to Detail and Organization; Ability to provide clear technical guidance instruction to non-technical personnel Ability to work in high pressure and high transaction environment; Ability to work independently to resolve problems Preferred Qualifications Associate's Degree Prior Experience in Workday or other HCM tool Prior Experience in ServiceNow or other case management tool Previous work experience with a US Based Multi-National Company Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.
