The Role As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will implement talent acquisition activities, inclusive of the following: (1) Screening and assessment of officers, rank & file, and contractual/project-hire candidates (2) Conducts compensation analysis The Role As a Talent Acquisition Partner , you will implement talent acquisition activities, inclusive of the following: (1) Screening and assessment of officers, rank & file, and contractual/project-hire candidates (2) Conducts compensation analysis and recommends package, (3) negotiates package and secures management approval (4) Prepares various hiring documents (term sheet, offer sheet, etc), and (5) prepares vacancy reports. How you'll contribute Communicates with the business units for their manpower request Provides details of the requisition to the sourcing team for posting and sourcing activities Screens and interviews candidates Monitors and sets interview schedules of prospective candidates with various Group/Division Heads and executive officers as required. Conducts compensation analysis and recommends proposed package Negotiates package and secure management approval on the terms of hiring Prepares various hiring documents (term sheet, offer sheet, etc) Endorses hiring documents to the onboarding team Prepares Vacancy Status Report for SBC and subsidiaries and Periodic Accomplishment Report. What we're looking for With at least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Proficient in MS Office programs (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Above-average communication and presentation skills
