Job Description Summary: Job Description: The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible in developing, implementing and sustaining recruiting programs and activities to support ADI as a destination of best talents. Responsibilities and Duties include but not limited to: Drives Company's workforce plan against effectiveness of sourcing strategies. Provides timely updates and recruiting analytics and metrics. Develops effective marketing strategies to support recruiting initiatives in applicant sourcing to increase and sustain a steady talent pool. Strengthens partnership and linkages with industry and academe partners. Builds quality relationship with internal customers and external recruiting partners. Qualifications: Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources Management or any related course. With at least 3 years experience with a high-volume recruiting in an agile work environment. Knowledgeable in developing and executing recruiting strategies and marketing brand. Adept in administering, scoring and interpreting assessment tools. Proficient in using MS applications and HRIS tool such as SuccessFactors. Able to communicate professionally across all levels of the organization.
