Position Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Partner should be a strategic professional that partners with the HRBP community and the hiring managers at each of the assigned client groups/brands to develop and implement TA strategies and programs that are in line with the individual business unit and organizational mission and vision.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Works closely with hiring managers to develop and implement recruitment strategies that optimize the performance and overall effectiveness of the department.
Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and business leaders to understand hiring forecasts and recruiting priorities and to fill critical hiring needs in a timely manner.
Assist hiring managers in designing accurate job descriptions and deliver comprehensive support and consultation to business hiring groups in the full life cycle recruitment process.
Leads the recruitment efforts of the RPO support and Talent Coordinating Specialist, being a point of escalation, and managing high-touch requisitions from a full life cycle model.
Coach managers/interview teams to incorporate capability and competency-based assessments during their interview.
Proactively research new recruitment methodologies and competitive intelligence to create innovative sourcing strategies.
Meet/exceed key recruiting performance metrics.
Set high recruitment standards ensuring operational excellence and compliance.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of education and experience required.
5 years of experience recruiting.
Excellent organizational skills
Strong written and oral communication skills; can strategically communicate and is adept at negotiation
Strong technical and business acumen
Excellent professional judgment
Independent and self-directed, yet highly collaborative
Ability to maintain confidential information
