Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility:
Primary goal of this position is to provide an opportunity to optimize HR Support, while increasing the productivity and strategic value of our HR team around the globe; Role interacts with managers, recruiters, prospective candidates and employees via e-mail, web requests, live chat and phone
Works directly with managers, candidates and other HR staff; Accepts and routes requests for assistance over the telephone, via e-mail and through web forms; Gathers information and records data in HR tools; Monitors transaction status and escalates transactions, as necessary
Position responsible for responding to client inquiries relative to the Staffing function including: Completion of eRecruit forms and documentation, Prepares error-free written communication including e-mails and letters, Follow up with candidates relative to interview scheduling and documentation, Escalation of appropriate actions to other parties, Follow up to ensure completion of task within specified performance parameters, and Generates daily and weekly incident reporting, as necessary
Assesses the root cause of problems and informs customers on steps to resolve problems
Provides feedback regarding accuracy of knowledge articles and other customer contact tools; Translates/creates documents, as necessary
Position also required to: Complete Background Check Adjudications; Perform Recruiting Management System Super User Tasks; Documentation and Process Updates for the HRCC; Provide Global HR Transaction Center support; Combine working knowledge of technical/professional principles and concepts with in-depth knowledge of team objectives; Conduct service audits
Ensures the team meets SLA standards
Generates daily and weekly incident reporting, as necessary
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
2-4 years of related experience
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community
Excellent Business Writing and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel & Outlook
Attention to Detail and Organization; Ability to provide clear technical guidance instruction to non-technical personnel
Exposed to Workday and eRecruit applications such as Workday
Ability to work in high pressure and high transaction environment; Ability to work independently to resolve problems; Ability to work independently with little guidance
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's Degree
Prior Experience in Customer Support or Incident Management
Previous work experience with a US Based Multi-National Company
