We were founded in 2014 and recently acquired by an established investor in the real estate industry, EMPG. Lamudi has been pushing boundaries in the PropTech space and is looking at dominating the Asian market with new products and services that will service the growing need in the real estate business.
The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Recruitment Lead, the Talent Acquisition Partner will be supporting various business units on their hiring requirements.

Achieve 100% of assigned recruiting targets.
Learn key business objectives, timeframes, legal issues, and requirements associated with each business unit.
Understand candidate selection process
Understand the key success metrics associated with hiring goals
Ensure a positive experience for every candidate, maintain a positive, respectful, and caring attitude with all candidates
What it takes:
Bachelor's degree holder
Previous hiring experience in a BPO, headhunting firms, start-up companies or related industries is required
Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills
Goal-oriented, possess excellent time management skills and dedicated to teamwork
Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite
