JOB SUMMARY:
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for the fulfillment of critical and non-critical talent requirements in Meralco through the effective delivery of end-to-end recruitment process.
Understands the talent requirements of the organization and maintains good relationship with hiring managers
Engages with HR Business Partners in managing hiring requirements and addressing sourcing challenges
Performs the necessary sourcing strategies in identifying and reviewing candidates' profiles, and maintains a pool of talent for different types and levels of positions
Promotes a positive candidate experience while adhering to the standard screening process (conducting the job interview, facilitating the required assessment tool/exam, and organizing relevant records for 201 file)
Provides inputs in process improvements and in the optimization of sourcing channels
QUALIFICATIONS:
A graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Management, or equivalent
With at least 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
Has successfully sourced and closed entry-level to mid-level positions
Knowledgeable in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Has excellent business communication skills
Is process-oriented, results-driven, and can work in a fast-paced work environment with minimal supervision
Is detail-oriented, organized
Strong stakeholder management
