Tap market intelligence, local knowledge, and the techniques and tools that make the screening and hiring process robust . Create and maintain weekly recruitment and vacancy reports for management . Pursue novel approaches to talent sourcing, including tapping both social media and technological tools that sharpen talent mapping and job matching Hiring and Placement . Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening, to interviewing, preparing salary proposals, and onboarding conduct the first round of CV reviews and interviews . Manage pipeline planning with hiring managers of the different business units to ensure needs are being met, and by candidates with the right skills . Work closely with the Compensation & Benefits team to design competitive salary proposals for prospective hires and positions Brand guardianship . Ensure a positive candidate experience for all prospects that encounter the brand, at every stage, from screening and interviews to hiring . Capture and positively reflect our brand in all communication activities, including in the labour market, and ensure we draw employees who will help us continue to grow . Participate in and contribute to employment branding initiatives Job Requirements . Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field . At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources or in Recruitment, ideally in a multinational or technology company e-commerce experience an advantage . A deep understanding of recruitment trends in order to develop robust recruitment strategies . Strong business acumen, and proven talent and stakeholder management skills . Self-motivated, highly-adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-changing and fluid environment . Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills (English + insert specific language requirements here) . Excellent planning and organisational skills . Able to engage and influence internal and external stakeholders and employees at every level of the organisation . Good computer literacy . Regional role: Able to travel when required/Local role: Occasional travel may be required
