Based within the wider People Services organization, the purpose of the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager role is to lead a group of professional individual contributors to achieve operational results related to recruitment efforts across APAC. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operational activities for different markets throughout APAC and work closely with RPO vendor managed resources based offshore. What is in it for you? Work closely with HR People Partners and Managers, Centers of Expertise and HR Services Leaders on process improvement opportunities including but not limited to: automation and standardization across Business Units. Review and analyze data on a regular basis and provide recommendation to ensure process improvement and efficiency Serve as a project manager for any system changes / enhancements with vendors and internal stakeholders Develop and deliver all reports to clients / management including but not limited to: customer satisfaction surveys, monthly operational dashboards and any ad hoc requests What you need to have: Demonstrated background in HR operations/shared services or talent acquisition/recruitment Experience working in a support position within a high volume, detail oriented environment Proven people management experience A data-driven approach and analytical mindset - you should feel comfortable working with Excel (pivot tables), reports and charts Experience in influencing various stakeholders effectively What makes you stand out?
