Talent Acquisition Operations (TAOps) is a best-in-class, TAOps organization of over 800 people, servicing the entire population of JPMC, currently totaling over 260,000 employees worldwide, in over 60 countries. TAOps provides vital services in the areas of Payroll, HR Call Center (ASKHR), Employee On & Off Boarding, Data Management, Benefits Administration and Project Management. TAOps supports the firm in achieving its strategic priorities by leveraging its core principles of superior employee experience, operational excellence, efficient global coverage and a commitment to its people.
As a Cebu TAOPs Team Lead in JPMorgan Chase & Co., you will oversee the team's daily delivery of services and ensure that key performance indicators are met. The role will entail working with stakeholders, recruitment partners, and other corporate center functions to execute strategies. The role will also be vital in the growth of Cebu team by expanding to new functions, strengthening resiliency, and develop people and culture.
Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisitions Operations Team Lead:
Lead, coach and develop Specialists to deliver on candidates' and stakeholders' expectations
Act as the main point of contact in Cebu working with location, country, and regional counterparts
Oversee day to day team activities to ensure that the key performance indicators are met within agreed service level
Enable cross-skilling of team members; aiming for a highly-resilient operating model
Perform new hire onboarding tasks and reporting
Ensure that process controls are sufficient and executed accordingly
Partner with senior management, HR colleagues, vendors, and other corporate center functions to develop and execute strategies
Recommend new approaches, policy enhancements, and innovations to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree required
1-2 yrs People management experience, directly managing staff
Experience in Talent Acquisitions and Onboarding is highly preferred
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Able to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, challenge and multiple deadlines and priorities, high attention to detail
Possess a controls mindset; understand employment laws and regulations
Experience in growth and expansion is highly preferred
Experience using recruiting platforms preferred (i.e. Taleo)
Capable to perform project management and presentation skills coupled with business acumen
Prior experience handling sensitive/confidential information
Able to tell a story with data and metrics
Strong time management skills, and the ability to consistently prioritize and re-prioritize
