In this role you will lead the partnership between recruiting and our business leaders to develop and deliver a talent acquisition strategy to identify and engage the top talent in the marketplace. You will manage a team with responsibility for recruiting across a large and complex business unit, evangelizing and driving process changes with managers and providing the critical feedback necessary to drive results and increase business impact. Your future duties and responsibilities: As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you must develop and execute proactive recruitment strategies in collaboration with your team and hiring managers. Ensure strategies are aligned to the business objectives and imperatives with a key focus on the candidate experience. Your future duties and responsibilities . Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers across your assigned portfolio: Provide a consultative approach to hiring managers regarding strategy, collaboration and solution for their book of business. Understand the intricacies and dynamics of their programs. . Developing innovative strategies by researching the latest recruitment trends and providing recommendations for optimizing and integrating these trends into daily routines. . Actively manage Key Performance Indicators by analyzing metrics to ensure the team meets or exceeds goals consistently. . Develop a pipeline of key talent by working with the Workforce Management team, HR Business Partners and business leaders to create short and long-term forecasting models and hiring plans. . Provide continuous coaching and mentorship to your recruiting team to ensure they are supported in professional development. Ensure Recruiters have a balanced portfolio and are equipped with a toolbox to include a knowledge base on current trends and industry knowledge. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: . 7+ years of Talent Acquisition Management experience in a large-scale government contracting environment supporting Federal/Civilian programs. . Experience working with geographically dispersed recruiting teams and hiring managers . Advanced knowledge of general recruiting practices and procedures as well as knowledge of relevant laws and regulations that pertain to recruiting and employment. . Demonstrated success building and managing a recruiting function focused on the candidate and hiring manager experience as well as business results. . Subject Matter Expertise in using traditional, social media and other niche sourcing tools . Ability to provide reporting and analytics on recruiting status and provide analytic updates to management and clients . Proficiency using MS Office - Excel is a must . Be a motivated self-starter that is results-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment . Significant Technical recruitment experience . Thought-Leader who has the ability to make an immediate impact with creative solutions .
