We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager, to report during the local day shift.
We currently offer work-from-home (WFH) arrangements, until the quarantine is fully lifted and we are ready to move back to our offices. You must be WFH-capable with a strong internet connection. We will provide the work equipment upon commencement.

The Client
Our client is a Melbourne-based recruitment company with a small team in the Philippines. Their expansion plans mean they are now seeking a senior professional to lead the team, as well as design and implement process improvement.
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you are expected to perform these duties:
Leadership
Lead, mentor, and appraise a small team of talent acquisition specialists, as well as guide them through their development plans
Hire additional recruiters as required
Monitor recruitment activities to ensure the best possible candidate and client experience
Gain an understanding of the end-to-end recruitment practices used by the client
Propose and implement process improvements
Propose and implement improved toolsets for the team
Resolve escalations from the team when there are a candidate or client roadblocks
Recruitment
Prepare and post job ads
Screen applicants via document review and phone interview
Liaise with clients for candidate interviews
Liaise with candidates throughout the entire recruitment process
Prepare employment contracts
Your Background
To qualify for this role, you must have:
A degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any related course
At least 8 years of experience in recruitment and at least 3 years of experience in a team leadership position
Experience in working in a recruitment process outsourcing/business process outsourcing environment, preferably
Strong leadership skills
Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral
A strong working knowledge of and experience in using headhunting tools such as LinkedIn and other sourcing avenues
Great interpersonal skills
Diligence in recording activities, excellent organization skills, and keen attention to details
Proactiveness, self-motivation, and a positive working attitude
