Description
Manages and supports daily operations of recruitment APAC team.
Plans, directs and manages recruitment in general from marketing, sourcing, selection and onboarding.
Coordinates with department managers/stakeholders to forecast future hiring needs.
Plots the manpower requests according to the ramp and attrition plan of each campaign.
Forecasts recruitment budget and make sure that all recruitment related expenses are presented to management for approval.
Generally responsible for implementing and developing recruitment selection process and practices
Updates recruitment policies and procedures to ensure that quality recruiting and timeline is maintained
Develop, update and implement recruitment documents or recruitment forms necessary for each recruitment selection process.
Creation of Recruitment Reports and delegation of tasks to Recruitment team.
Coordinating with Branding and Marketing for recruitment activities and initiatives planning and implementing.
Responds to and support organizational challenges
Performs other tasks assigned.
Job Qualifications:
Human Resource/Management/Business Administration/Psychology graduate.
Experience relevant to the role is required
Experience in end-to-end BPO volume hiring is preferred
Has strong decision making and team management skills
Extensive experience in sourcing/ marketing channels
Knowledgeable in Asia Pacific market
Strong personality
Reliable and detail oriented
