You are a TA leader that enjoys working with senior leaders in HR & the business to understand their needs. You are constantly looking for ways to build & adapt the talent attraction solutions so that your team of Talent Community Specialists & Talent Advisors can focus on pipelining and bringing in the best talent.

You are someone that doesn't give up - whether it's a skill set that doesn't exist in the market or the package/approach that doesn't enable your team to attract the best talent - you will bring the right people together to have the conversation that will create solutions - your outcomes pave the way so your team can focus on identifying the talent without any obstacles.
This role is aligned to a specific business line within the business.

Experienced
You will need at least 10-12 years experience within talent acquisition, recruitment or executive search. You'll understand the methodology and stages of the Talent Acquisition process especially and be comfortable working on mandates at various levels.
You will be accountable for:
Team management & development
Workforce Planning
Talent Attraction Strategy & Tools
Diversity Strategy
Measures of success are aligned to our TA objectives:
Speed - Time to hire targets
Quality - Manager survey results
Experience - Candidate survey results
Diversity - Hitting local & business aligned targets
Stakeholder & management & governance
Education Qualification: Graduation OR Preferably an MBA
Minimum experience of 10+ years in recruitment
Hands on experience in Volume Hiring
Should have the understanding or experience in latest hiring trends: Social media, LinkedIn
Should have experience in carrying out hiring drives.
Should be hands on in reports and dashboards
