Reporting to the Head of People Operations Sprout Solutions is on the lookout for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join and oversee a young, dynamic, and collaborative team. You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process, managing a team of talent acquisition specialists, and collaborating with various stakeholders to attract and hire top talent. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives to meet the organization's hiring goals. Responsibilities: Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring objectives ensuring that the hiring team is aligned with recruitment processes. Foster a collaborative and positive team culture focused on achieving recruitment goals. End-to-End Recruitment: Own and oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to candidate onboarding. Effectively collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop hiring plans. Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make hiring recommendations Strategic Planning: Apply agile ways of developing and executing recruitment strategies in alignment with organizational goals and workforce planning. Analyze and monitor recruitment metrics to identify trends, measure success, and make data-driven improvements. Stay updated on industry best practices and implement innovative recruitment approaches. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Build and develop positive and strong partnerships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring requirements. Collaborate with key teams (Learning and Development, IT) to ensure seamless onboarding processes for new hires. Work closely with the Head of People to align recruitment efforts with the overall business strategy. Employer Branding: Enhance and promote the organization's employer brand to attract top talent by closely collaborating with the Marketing team. Represent Sprout Solutions and maintain relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies and industry networks. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Lead, ideally with 5+ years experience with a successful track record in full-cycle recruitment. Strong leadership, team and vendor management skills. Excellent communication skills. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
