Be a part of a number of key elements of the recruitment and hiring process. During the interim, this role will be based remotely. Your future duties and responsibilities: . Carry out assignments/projects to ensure results meet established time lines, quality standards and agreed objectives. . Support the production of various recruitment documentation/ activities such as processing Offer Letters and/or scheduling interviews and updating applicant tracking system. . Consolidate and analyze weekly and monthly reports. . Contribute to a variety of recruitment projects led by the National TA Director. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: . Education in business or HR related field. Experience and Qualifications: . 1-2 years' experience in HR/Recruitment administration . Ability to manipulate and consolidate reports . Ability to work in a fast paced environment, with the proven ability to manage a workload with competing priorities, highly organized with the ability to multitask. . Advanced Microsoft Office tools that includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. .LI-AD1 . Strong attention to detail . Excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal. . Able to work independently and as a team.
